Sweet Meatballs
Equipment
- 2 Large Baking Dish (9x13)
- Large mixing bowls
- Small scooping spoon
Ingredients
Proteins
- 500 g ground ham
- 500 g ground pork
- 2 large eggs
Liquids
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 3⁄4 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup milk
Dry ingredients
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
Sweeteners
- 1 1⁄2 cup brown sugar, packed
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, break and beat eggs
- Add in milk, breadcrumbs and salt; mix well
- Add in pork and ham; mix well
- Preheat oven at 325°F
- With small scooping spoon, make small, round meatballs; align in baking dishes
- In another large mixing bowl, mix brown sugar, water, vinegar and mustard
- Pour sauce over meatballs
- Cook in oven for 40 minutes; baste every 15 minutes
