  • Low-rise cooking pot
  • Spatula

Ingredients

Proteins

  • 1 kg ground beef

Liquids

  • 1 jar of 645 ml non-spicy salsa

Dry ingredients

Instructions

  1. Brown beef aggressively on medium heat
  2. Drain excess fat until only about 1-2 tablespoons of it is left
  3. Add spices and mix well for about 1 minute to bloom well
  4. Lower heat; add and mix salsa
  5. Let simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until salsa achieves desired thickness

Notes

Serving note: Serve with sour cream and/or chipotle sauce topping, as well as grated mozzarella.
