Fajitas Mix
Equipment
- Low-rise cooking pot
- Spatula
Ingredients
Proteins
- 1 kg ground beef
Liquids
- 1 jar of 645 ml non-spicy salsa
Dry ingredients
- 3 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon Bulk Fajitas Seasoning Blend
Instructions
- Brown beef aggressively on medium heat
- Drain excess fat until only about 1-2 tablespoons of it is left
- Add spices and mix well for about 1 minute to bloom well
- Lower heat; add and mix salsa
- Let simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until salsa achieves desired thickness

Serving note:
Serve with sour cream and/or chipotle sauce topping, as well as grated mozzarella.
