Oven-baked Chicken Legs
Equipment
- 2 small cooking pans
- Cooking brush
- Tin foil
Ingredients

- 6 chicken legs
Liquids
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
Dry ingredients
- 3 1⁄2 tablespoons Bulk Chicken Legs Seasoning Blend
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Cover cooking pans with tin foil before spreading chicken legs on them
- With cooking brush, oil up chicken legs on both sides
- Sprinkle seasoning on both sides of chicken legs; use brush to spread it
- Make sure bottom of chicken legs is sitting on the pans
- Cook for 45 minutes
